Excel is a core part of any business person’s tool belt, and for many it serves as an intro into the vast world of computer programming. During WIT’s Excel Workshop, participants used public-use city data and Microsoft Excel to create a Scorecard that rated service call response time by the NOPD for various offenses and neighborhoods. Attendees learned Excel staples such as pivot tables, v-lookups and formulas, and picked up some bonus tricks along the way. Click here to download the workshop slides
